The paper dust on the surface of the internal filter material is blown by compressed air to clean the outlet air of the inertial separator. The main box of the dust collector is vertically divided into three sections: lower, middle and upper, and the bottom of the main box is attached with a ash bucket. In the cleaning process, dirty air level into the hopper, heavy coarse dust directly into the hopper. The lighter dust rises with the air through the lower and middle parts, the dust is drawn to the outer surface of the filter bag and is retained and stored, while the purified air is discharged through the upper part. Pulse jet bag filter can be equipped with PLC to realize automatic operation of valve, automatic control of air discharge, pulse air intake and dust removal.
