Jaro whole plant conveying system

 Jaro is one of the largest single-mill enterprises in West Africa, with first-class production facilities such as the BHS 2.2m wide corrugating machine, four printer including two Oriental Link lines, and the Tai Yang conveyor system. Tai Yang's conveyor system is based on the concept of lean production and seamlessly connects the production equipment between the Corrugating machine and the warehouse, form an efficient transportation system.

The cooperation between Taiyang and Jaro started when Jaro was constructing its plant.
Based on the plant under construction and the external environment, Taiyang was deeply involved in the discussion of the strategic positioning of the plant and the production process,
and designed and finalised the process flow according to the idea of building the plant in one go and putting in the printing presses and other post-processes in phases, which provided a basis for the gradual installation of the equipment and also provided a good basis for the future process construction and lean production.
